diesel engine in 2015 Ford F150
Just read in Auto Guide that Ford announced they are going to have a 3.0 V6 diesel option in the 2015 F150. As a consumer nothing beats competition!

Auto.ca says it is the V6 diesel Ford was developing before the 2008 recession hit. Supposedly for the 2018 model. They will definitely know how the Ram diesel is accepted by then.
