diesel engine in 2015 Ford F150
Just read in Auto Guide that Ford announced they are going to have a 3.0 V6 diesel option in the 2015 F150. As a consumer nothing beats competition!

We'll see ,as it is from my home town and the distance a rumour has to travel I'll hear it first and let the group know :-).
Truth is it is tied to the V8 5.4 mod family and unlikely to survive the winding down of the V8 mod family,but no guarantee, stranger things are possible.
I have worked in Ford plants that are left to sit idle until needed , for short runs like 1or 2 days a week once a month ,but if the facility is needed for a new project - thats all she wrote.
