You should be changing your primary(only) fuel filter on the drivers side of the engine every 15,000 miles which it states on page 142 of the 2011 Ram diesel supplement owners manual. Your primary fuel filter is the secondary fuel filter for the 2013+ trucks since another filter was added on the from rail. They to are suppose to be changed every 15,000 miles.

I would have loved to have met that engineer from Cummins that was stated earlier because I think he is stating a bunch of bull. From reading the post, he left right around the time I started working for Cummins.
Yes, page 142, every 15,000 miles or 12 months. As I don't put anywhere near 15,000 miles a year on my truck, it is every 12 months for me.
