Diesel price war
Local Stations are now charging .10 to .20 cents less for diesel than for Regular unleaded Gasoline. This developed over a very short time. Not sure what caused it. Stations actually have posted...

RUG is still cheaper than diesel here in Virginia, too. Gasbuddy reports the prices at nearby pumps range from $2.41 to $2.80 or so, while gas bottoms out at $2.10.
I am looking forward to lower prices on diesel in the coming "drive" season. Since now all of our vehicles are diesel, I'm having fun looking baffled when somebody says something about buying gas "Gas? Gas??? What is this 'GAS' to which you refer?"
Sadly, there are still many people who can't wrap their heads around the notion that I'm still ahead of the game when diesel is 10-15% more expensive per gallon, but drags my carcass 30% farther on each gallon.
