yup, diesel has actually been dropping in our area, when it usually starts to rise this time of year. I paid less than regular last week.
Over the last few years there have been refineries changing to get more distilates (diesel/kerosene etc) rather than cracking for gas since the margins are much higher on distilates partly because refining costs are much lower. So, we may be finally seeing the effect with much more distilates available and hence lower diesel prices.
