Differential fluid change
OK this is my first time doing this. I have the correct fluid and I hope the correct gasket. My question is: do I use permatex on the gasket or leave it clean?

On my '03 Ram dually, the gasket is reusuable. I just pull the cover off, let it drain, wipe the housing edge off gasket, and the cover. Nut it back up. Then put the new gear oil back in out of a squirt bottle. Main thing, don't over engineer.
