Differential fluid change
OK this is my first time doing this. I have the correct fluid and I hope the correct gasket. My question is: do I use permatex on the gasket or leave it clean?

I don't think you could do a controlled enough test to notice the "tick" of mileage gain in a different diff oil. In fact I'm pretty certain of it.
