Shouldn't need any friction modifier (But most gear oils come with it now a days). Oddly, my manual states to use 75W-90 on the front axle as well instead of ATF+4. I don't think there was a change in actual axles, just the connecting geometry.

Lastly, look at your tooth pattern and make sure you have good even wear on your differentials while the covers are off.
