Digital Thermostat Cuts on AC During Freezing Weather

I've had problems with a Dometic digital thermostat where the buttons would go crazy. Press on and it would switch between fahrenheit and celsius. Go to adjust the temperature or switch between fan and heater or vice versa and the numbers would cause the temperature to take off up or down. This fall I read on another forum about problems they've had with these thermostats so I emailed Dometic and they sent me a new one. I haven't had a chance to install the new one but might be worth looking into.
