Yes, replacing the dinette with chairs and table and the sofa for either two comfy chairs or loveseat. Our only concern is we are removing possible sleep options for the next purchaser. It is only 2 of us and we don't need the extra sleeping options. My logical brain tells me the right buyer will also appreciate these upgrades so throw out the old stuff! :)
