A couple of choices: Eight nuts (well soaked in Kroil) and pull the axle, take it to the shop. Or have a mobile guy do it for you. You may have to replace the axle anyway if it's really buggered up, so you are half way there.
Dump as much weight as possible, air up tires to max sidewall pressure, remove the two on the bad axle, don't use your WDH so more weight goes on the ball, drive very slowly the ten miles.
After you pull the wheel you may see that the axle deal is the way to go because you will need a new one anyway.
