They have higher quality products that they send to customers that are not satisfied with what they received? Fairly sure that what I recieved is what they sell everyone. I have heard that they have excellent customer service so I have no doubt that I could do like a money back guarantee and as far as that goes I could send it all back to Amazon and go a different route but at this point it's all bolted to the truck so I will just deal with it. Just kinda venting my final frustration when I found out that the handles on the fastguns are not honestly represented.
