Disappointed with Fastgun Handle

I don't think many of you understand what I am saying so I will try and clear it up.
Am I completly dissatisfied with the products? No. I am disappointed in some aspects.
Can anyone argue that the powder coating is poor? I have seen many posts about it in the past. I am just stating that it's poor.
Am I incorrect that they have pictures of the rifle handles on the website and packaging but sell the new lever style? No. I am simply stating that they should change the pictures. I was expecting the cool looking handles like I have on my rifles and received a plain looking lever so I was Disapointed like the title states.
The rattling tubes was just a observation that in my mind could be fixed.
The bolt size and bending washers are a safety concern to me so I will address them. I am sure thousands of people run them as is but I don't feel comfortable with it like that.
The twisting motion on the tubes was simply a question which was answered. The plates are there to provide a greater pull angle so fine.
I am not here to bash torklift just express my opinion. I did a lot of research before purchasing so I was probably expecting more than they can deliver. Previous truck has happijac and I am very pissed about the dents in the front of my bed so I wasn't going that route. I am confident that my camper will not fall off the truck with the Torklift products I was just a little "Disapointed" in the look and fit of some items after spending as much money as I did.
Edit: if I was equipping another truck I would use torklift and if I was recommending a brand it would be torklift. There is a difference in being dissatisfied and disappointed. Dissatisfied you return the products and go another route. Disapointed you shrug your shoulders and move on.
