Disaster averted but barely. Thanking the good Lord above.

I sheared off the wheel studs on a drag car once. I also had loose lugs on a front wheel after getting my tires rotated. It doesn't take long for the rims and studs to be ruined when that happens.

I'm glad you weren't travelling down the interstate when it let go.
