what kind of dishes do you keep in your tt ? I am leaning towards metal.

Agree on all of the above. We eat as good as (maybe better) when we are camping than at home. Matter of fact our upcoming new RV (Flagstaff Super Lite 27RLWS) is kind if kitchen-centric with a huge counter that has an extension! I can have a buffet layout now. :)
