what kind of dishes do you keep in your tt ? I am leaning towards metal.

You brought up flatware - When we first started camping we just threw in a mixed bunch of old stuff we had at home. Recently I bought a mid priced set. The upside is that we often camp w/ friends and family and have meals together. It is much easier to clean up because each of us can easily identify our own.
