DIY Stable Lift install... god help us.
Just started the whole installation process today. Needless to say, after 6 hours, seems like we got basically nothing done. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

Go for it! The width is no big deal, a few extra inches. Your mirrors already stick out further anyway. I've driven mine cross country and it's never been a problem.
