You're looking Ford, but as stated above, GM makes what is now a double cab, like the earlier extended cab. It changed from the dual open doors due to some safety reason on the cab frame.
I don't like it as much, but dislike the dual cab as its too long and too wide a turning radius, plus more expensive. I searched high and low for a Dbl Cab when I bought my 2015 2500HD SB 4x4, and drove over two hundred miles one way to buy it.
I'm afraid to even think about it once this one bites the bullet, because of cost and fewer short-cab models. But I drove both a Ford and GM Dual Cab and will never buy one -- for me at least, too awkward, and the extra length just bothers us when we camp as we usually go off-road spaces, not many 'regular campgrounds'...
