If the sale was "As is" then there's not much that can be done. You had the opportunity to inspect the unit, and you even found issues before you took delivery. You also had the opportunity to decline on the deal. You went ahead and took the unit. The dealership did nothing wrong. They did not try to hide anything from you, and you did walk on the floor before you purchased. You evidently were OK at the time of sale. No, I don't think you have any recourse. BUT, I think it's perfectly OK to contact the dealership and see if they will negotiate anything with you. You've got nothing to loose, so why not try. Just be prepared to receive a "no" for an answer, and move on gracefully and professionally.
