Depends on the distance I'm going. If I'm going 10 miles down the road to my local State Park, no I don't use wdh. If I'm going up to 2 hours one way with some Interstate driving involved, yes I use wdh and a sway bar. On the short trip to the state park, there is a definite difference without wdh. More trailer movement, and more slop. I use an adapter sleeve to adapt down to 2 inch so that's where some of the slop comes from. With wdh installed, there is little to no slop
