With a trailer that small you MAY not need a WD system but crawl under your Expy and read the numbers stamped on your hitch. It will tell you how much it is rated for both WITH and WITHOUT a WD system in use. Even if you don't NEED one it's a VERY handy way of getting some really good anti sway equipment attached and once a sway event begins is a VERY bad time to go shopping for something to prevent it. It will also make a HUGE difference in how well your Expy rides while towing.
