And you could tell all that from a simple post on the internet. I wish you were the weather prognosticator around here. They have all the radar, Doppler, sat images and computer programs and they can't tell me what it's doing outside my window right now.

The OP went into an incredible amount of detail about the hill, trees, thunderstorm and the gust of wind. Classic textbok description of a micro burst. Study weather and climate and you, too, can easily describe the meteorological phenomeon.
