I am at 186,000 and the only spare part I carry is the previously used serpentine belt.
Yea I had a fuel pump go a few years ago and had it repaired on New Years day. Had an alternator fail middle of Wyoming last Summer causing less than three hour delay to self install. I say just drive it. Absolute worst case you buy a replacement vehicle on the spot.
