Do I need wt distribution and/or anti-sway bars?

While camping two weeks ago near the camp store and office, I was surprised how many TV-TT combos used a simple EZ Lift or similar WDH with no sway control or just a simple ball mount without even WD. I tow our 32.5’ overall TT with a Reese HP trunnion style WDH with no sway control with our F250 and it does fine. With a soft riding SUV on P rated tires, I would be using my Equalizer 4-point WDH that now resides in the tool shed.
