Do I need wt distribution and/or anti-sway bars?

I have a 2014 Expedition and two a 26 foot Flagstaff. Sounds like a very similar setup. I had a Propride hitch from a previous tow vehicle and put it on the Expedition. They both work very well together. I wouldn't dream of towing without some W/D and sway bars.
