Do they make a TT like this? Or am I asking the impossible?

We had a trailer with the bed in sideways and hated it, kept it only one season. Got real tires of the wife climbing over me every time she got up. We put shells in the closets on each side of the bed and that plus the storage over the bed is plenty of room for clothes and since we are camping we do not have anything to hang up.
