Ours is an island bed, turned to the side. In other words, you can walk around 3 sides of it. If I want to get out of bed at night, I walk around the end of the bed. No need to climb over my wife to get out.
I understand that I could put shelves in the hanging shirt lockers. But still, I would have much less storage than I presently have in the drawers across the front of the current TT. I would like to find drawers.
