Wayne,
Keep in mind that drawers, because of the slides and box, waste more space (and add more weight) than simple wire shelves.
If dual pane windows are the biggest issue for you, you do know that you can get them custom made to fit don't you? I replaced all my windows with units made by Motion Window. It isn't cheap and I suspect that this wouldn't make sense for your trailer, but just wanted to let you know that it is an option.

Steve,
My current TT has 6 drawers across the front. They open into the narrow walkway beside the bed. No issues with wasted space.
It is true that drawers and cabinet to put them in would be heavier than wire shelves. But I can remember when you could get assemble-yourself unfinished furniture at places like Lowes. Pine wood, nothing fancy, put it together and stain or paint it to suit. Cheap and functional. A small dresser like this was light weight, certainly 50 pounds or less. Probably much less. Worst case, using the pressed wood-chip composite of today, figure maybe 100 pounds. In the context of a 6000 pound TT, I think this is insignificant. Actually, if I found a floor plan that was otherwise suited, and it had a few square feet of space in the bedroom to put something like that and have room for the drawers to open, I would find or make one.
Thanks for the link to dual pane replacement windows. I knew that you could get dual pane windows to replace fogged or broken ones. I never considered the possibility of this kind of upgrade from single pane. I’ve bookmarked the site and will keep this in mind.
