Do you equip your "backup spotter" with a walkie-talkie?

Sometimes we use the walkie talkies. We had them anyway and use them for other purposes. Hardest thing is to remember with all that is going on is to hold the button down for a second before speaking!! Sometimes we use hand signals-hard to do in the dark so we try not to do any backing after dark, but it happens and so we use the walkie talkies. Sometimes we yell as stated above-try not to do that when anyone is within earshot. Never thought of the cell phone idea. Will try that out.
