Do you equip your "backup spotter" with a walkie-talkie?

We bought radios, I couldn't get it through to her how to use them.

She has two ways of directly me, either she will stand back there making erratic and incomprehensible movements, or the other method is she stands and does nothing. Either technique is equally successful. The end result is I get mad, she gets mad, she walks off and I park by myself getting in and out many times while blocking traffic.

We've now streamlined the effort. I stop, she walks away, and I park by myself.
