Do you equip your "backup spotter" with a walkie-talkie?

My wife is terrible and she will be the first to tell you that. I have her and the kids get out and all of them just kind of watch to make sure I am not running over anything. I know what I have to do and where to go. All spotters are not created equal! If I had my buddy spotting for me who also has a TT, I would just do as he says. Who cares about the yelling, it is not like it is gonna last for hours, it is a few minutes of backing in... It is part of the amusement.
