Do You Flush.
Here in California we are in a pretty serious drought. I normally back flush my black tank several times. This wastes a lot of time and tons of water, but the thought of any doo doo lurking in my tank...

This is also a good approach that can not only flush the black tank but can also be used to "free up" some room inside the grey tank as needed - as long as the grey is more full than the black and the valves are open in the right order - grey then black. ;)
Flush King is a great piece of kit, IMO.
