Within five minutes of start up, I am pulling out of the campground unless DW delays me. I am gentle on the throttle until I see coolant temperatures over 100 degrees, but have never idled the engine waiting for the engine to warm (while defrosting/scraping windows the engine does idle).
Could you have a glow plug burned out or an injector stiction issue causing this cold condition?
