Spray Fluid Film inside the fenders. They even sell kits with extended "wands" to reach deep into these cavities.
Or go buy a Ford. Aluminum body. Yes, the steel frame and other things underneath (brake lines, fuel lines, frame rails, etc) still DO rust !
