that might not be nessasarly true. if you can find a good rv mobil repair guy who charges a reasonable rate and is willing to use you to help for thoes things that need a second set of hands... combine this with the outragous price of new campers right now.. you could probably pull the alumium replace any rotted wood, re insulate, clean everything up and put it back up, and reseal in a few days. I had my guy tell me the two of us could strip the alumium and have at least half the corners done in one day, so two days to have it back togeather then a couple hours to reseal and such as my alumium is in great shape. so thats under 1500 cdn + materieals so a few bucks of wood, screws, sealant and some glue where for me to buy a deicent used camper I am looking at 45000 cdn. if I do it myself then its just cost of materials. I know I have a couple corners than need to be redone, not to bad yet but on there way so I am just trying to figure out how to get a dolly to put it in the shop as my garage door is 10' tall and the camper on the truck is 10'4"
