Do you use truck bypasses? Are trailers allowed to?

When I lived in Orange County I used the ones at the 5/405 extensively in my passenger vehicles. At that location their primary purpose is to allow the folks to avoid some of the lane-changing associated with the various exits and picking which Northbound freeway you want.
