Eco bullet....Thankyou for starting this topic. We have the same question.
Right now we do most of our cooking outside "without" an outside kitchen. We have a table that we put our propane stove on. We thought the outdoor kitchen was just something we did not need. Another stove, we would still take our portable in case we wanted to "tent" somewhere with the boat. We thought the extra weight of an added kitchen could be put to better use.
The answers will be interesting.
