Wow! Thanks for all of the feedback! In the 6 years we've had a TT, the only cooking we've done outside is whenever we grill with the Weber Baby Q, and a couple of times I cooked breakfast on an electric griddle on the picnic table.
Most of the time we've used the TT more as a motel room on wheels than for "camping". Now that I'm retired though, I can see where a more relaxed pace might make cooking outside more attractive, unless it's too hot, cold, rainy, or buggy (we are liable to have all 4 the same day where we go).
