Our 2604 doesn't have an outside kitchen. We did discuss it very briefly and agreed that it was extra cost and weight we didn't need. We use the oven virtually every trip, "cook" - as in boil water or cook veggies - inside, use the microwave, coffee, etc inside. We bought just a simple electric skillet that we use outside for bacon, etc and we're good. We did keep our 2-burner Coleman, but haven't had it out of the garage since the last tent trip in 2006. We enjoy cooking and having things when we're camping that DS#1 either can't eat or wouldn't be caught dead eating, so that's our time to indulge. It's looking like more and more trailers are having the outside kitchens and obviously a lot of folks love them. We're still fine as is.
