We intentionally avoided an outside kitchen. We still cook outside with a Coleman or the Weber. We often camp in bear country and didn't want the outside kitchen smells, we prefer to separate it from the trailer by several dozen feet. Also, outside fridges are 120v and we often camp without Elec HU
