Who makes a hitch for the 5th wheel prep package?

I have a '13 Ram 3500 on order with the 5th wheel prep package.
There's is currently no aftermarket hitch that will fit directly into the factory holes. Ram supposedly has some adapter rails that will accommodate aftermarket hitches but it seems they are on extended back order.
I spoke with Curt Manufacturing and was told they will eventually work on a Ram-specific hitch but it won't be soon. Reese will probably come out with one too but that's not soon enough for guys who already have their trucks.
Very disappointed in the way Ram has handled the release of the '13s. Not having the adapter rails available at release is also very shortsighted on their part.
It will all get sorted out eventually and the bad feelings will subside.
