Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat

Anyone try buying one of the Challenger Hellcats? I know someone who contacted numerous Chrysler dealers to order one for his client, and couldn't find one to order the Hellcat, or even simply to get management to return his calls. He eventually found one dealer who knew what they were talking about, and placed an order. Price was not really an issue. He was being paid whether he secured a Hellcat or not.

Chrysler has thrown down the gauntlet! Not only the baddest ponycar (Challenger) but the baddest muscle car too! (Charger). And the best name for an engine family since...........ever! (The Hellcat)!

It will be interesting to see what Ford and GM come up with?

Actually it is 10.86 on drag radials, but either way, very fast.

They had it displayed at Chyrslers at Carlisle a couple of weeks ago
