Haven't owned or towed with one, but I think a half-ton Ram with the Hemi & 5-speed trans would be enough for that trailer.
What many half-ton haters ignore is that recent half-tons (last 7-8 years at least) are every bit as much truck as 3/4 tons from the late 90s-early 2000s, with excellent brakes, big output motors, and 5 or 6 speed transmissions.
