Go with your heart. All 3 are great. I second the one ton comment. A SRW 1 ton will give you around 800 lbs additional payload (per the sticker which is what counts) and is less than a grand extra. You would likely have to factory order a 1 ton SRW configured to your specs as it is mostly 3/4 tons on dealer lots. I use my srw 1 ton for daily driving and it is no different in size that 3/4 and ride is nice.
In my opinion the Chevy LTZ interior is much nicer then the LT. Check it out.
