All are good and reliable trucks. And the Ford 6.7L has been out long enough and has sold enough to establish a good reputation. Mine develops 850 ft lbs at 1650 RPM. Hasn't missed a beat.
The RAM's have a cult following. But are also excellent trucks. Very strong and similar torque ratings. I haven't been able to find a decent RAM dealer. Price seems to have caught up and surpassed the others.
The GM and Chevy twins are very good as well. Maybe the newer ones are facelifted. But last I saw they were a little behind in their creature comforts. I think the 14's are redesigned inside. That is a good thing.
If buying new, plan on spending big bucks for any diesel. Forget the 2500/250. Go with 3500/350. Only makes sense. will add about $.50 to your monthly payment.
