A declaration like this deserves documentation to back up the claim ... but your post seems to be missing a link to such proof. ;)
The OP may not be "concerned" about fuel mileage but it is a key indicator of how well any trailer tows ... and fact is we all pretty well get +/- 10 miles to the US gallon when towing any travel trailer with a gasser. Those towing an especially heavy trailer may see a bit less, those of us towing a particularly light trailer often see a bit more, but as a general statement +/- 10 mpg is a pretty good average for most. It's naive to believe any degree of front wall profiling will make any difference at all ... unless of course you can come up with documented proof to the contrary. :W
