Does a lower profile tow better? NOT a mileage Question

This is my second trailer. It is a Surveyor (lower profile) but I also went with a better WDH (Equal-i-zer with built in sway) I can't say if is the lower profile or the better hitch but it does tow better than the last trailer I had. No movement at all. It does have low bottom clearance that when boondocking could be an issue. I'm not off road enough for that to be a concern but I do watch out for steep driveways and curbs.
