Does a lower profile tow better? NOT a mileage Question

Not concerned about Mileage. I'm looking for a new to me Travel trailer (2010 or newer). I plan to use my 2014 F150 as a TV. It's specs are 1400# payload, CC, 4wd, EB 3.5, integrated brakes and 6...

I went from a flat-fronted Jayco to my current Coachmen, which is much more rounded, and there's no difference in towing. Or mileage, for that matter.
