A declaration like this deserves documentation to back up the claim ... but your post seems to be missing a link to such proof. ;)
Lower height and/or center of gravity will certainly be more stable than increased height and/or higher center of gravity.
Sloped front should apply some extra downforce but most likely not where it would benefit anything, and you would probably need to book some wind tunnel time to measure it.
Need proof, ask this guy.
