Does a lower profile tow better? NOT a mileage Question

Not concerned about Mileage. I'm looking for a new to me Travel trailer (2010 or newer). I plan to use my 2014 F150 as a TV. It's specs are 1400# payload, CC, 4wd, EB 3.5, integrated brakes and 6...

We tow a 26' Skyline Koala with a 4x4 F150 V8 and it tows swell. (28k miles) I guess it's high profile (Nothing like the 5ers)
